As a first-generation Latina, military spouse, and bilingual career strategist, I bring a culturally responsive and real-world lens to workforce transformation. I hold an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Development and Change, and I’ve spent more than 13 years in Human Resources building systems that help people — and businesses — thrive.
My HR background spans the federal, state, and nonprofit sectors, with specialized expertise in:
